What must happen before activation?

  1. Confirm the merchant account and supported country/currency.
  2. Store API secrets only in Cloudflare Worker secrets, never in frontend code.
  3. Implement server-side order creation and payment capture.
  4. Verify signed webhooks, subscription status, cancellations and refunds.
  5. Test sandbox transactions and a controlled live transaction before launch.

This is a preparation screen, not a functioning checkout or a promise that PayPal/card processing is available in every country.
